At its simplest, neutrality just means Amazon ceasing union-busting, or ‘avoidance’, and allowing its workforce to exercise their legal rights at work.
‘Neutrality’ means that when workers want to be represented at work they should have that right.
‘Neutrality’ means that when a group of workers has an issue of concern that they want to raise they are able to do so – together.
‘Neutrality’ means that when Amazon workers want to join or speak to a trade union they are able to – without the employer erecting barriers.
